Easter Fun

Was this Easter or Thanksgiving? The turkey was confused

1. My favorite vacation site: Disney World
2. I started working out 3 months ago and consistently go to the gym 5-6 days per week!
3. I got 3rd place in the 2 mile fun run on St. Patrick's Day!
4. I love to go to K-State football and basketball games - I get to go to round 1 NCAA tourney tomorrow - Go Cats!
5. I am my daughter's teacher this year!
6. I let my 16 year old get his ear pierced!
7. I love to tan, but have to get moles removed!
8. I can touch my nose with my tongue!
9. I can hula hoop forever!
10. I want to be Minnie Mouse when I grow up, but I am too tall and will have to settle for Chip or Dale!!!

Happy Birthday Dr. Suess

My class was joined by KSU basketball players Jacob Pullen, Michael Beasley (Malik's brother), and Darren Kent to celebrate Dr. Suess's 104 birthday!
Blaine read a Dr. Suess book while Darren Kent turned the pages!
Malik's birthday wish: a visit from brother - added bonus mom!
The boys shot 10 free throws each - Michael made 9!

Murder in Manhattan - Almost!

The same night as our Murder Mystery Party we almost had the "Death of Daisy", but a big chunk of money and a brave sorority girl saved her! She decided to break free from Grandpa Terry's grip and go on a 24 hour
adventure of Manhattan Avenue! It all ended with a call the next evening from a heroic sorority girl rescuing Daisy from a ditch in the pouring
rain. She is now resting and doing physical therapy 3 times a day!

This is how we take her to the bathroom! She walks with the help of a
towel sling!
